Using Speech & Drama in learning helps young learners to grab a new language at a faster pace. Children are taught to recite poems as the start.Then move on to acting, miming, improvise, deliver a passage, read and do speeches.
In poetry, they not only learn recite it well, but also they learn the different forms of verse, modulation, voice variation and facial expressions. They also learn the theory of reciting a poem correctly along with practical help.
